Since an early age, I have had a love of literature and writing, which I pursued throughout my schooling.  Prompted by compliments from college professors regarding my writing abilities, I wrote a column for the Susquehanna University school newspaper ("The Crusader") during my senior year.  Since I graduated college, I have earned my living as a writer in various capacities, from technical writing for computer infrastructure projects to proposal writing for an environmental consulting firm.  I have also written various articles over the years for publications that cover obscure science topics that interest me.  I look forward to continuing my pursuit as a writer on Hubpages, and hope you enjoy reading my articles.
